Excerpt from reference letter; World Bank, Khartoum; July 28, 2010
“During the period 2007-08, H&H Consulting undertook a productivity and investment climate survey (PICS) on behalf of the World Bank. The survey data formed the basis of the analytical study, known as the Investment Climate Assessment (ICA), one of the diagnostic tools prepared by the bank that was subsequently completed and presented to the government of Sudan in early 2010………
Having been awarded the contract to undertake the survey through a competitive selection process, H&H consulting played a critical role in undertaking the PICS survey. They were instrumental in finalizing the data questionnaire, training the enumerators and evaluating the data that came from the survey results. After finalizing the survey, H&H continued this collaboration with the World Bank and took part in focus group discussions to further validate the results of the survey and to bring meaning to the survey data results.
Overall, we are please with the performance of H&H consulting and believe that they are fully capable of undertaking such large scale surveys as the PICS survey.”
