With over 25 years of professional and corporate experience in a variety of positions and industries, Mr. Hisham’s expertise is extensive in the fields of strategic business development, marketing strategies, market research & surveys, corporate finance & financial management, human resources, IT, project management, and contract agreement/negotiation.

Mr. Hisham’s career includes President of the Energy Sector for the Ministry of Energy and Mining, and Executive Director for the Executive office of the Minister where he served as member in the Supreme Committee for Reorganizing the Civil Service. He also served as an advisor in the privatization and business development advisory bureau of Sudan Airways where he played crucial role in securing Sudan government interests. His valuation of Sudan Airways was set as focal point and a reference in the privatization scheme of the company.

Mr. Hisham is a certified trainer on the Profession of Management^TM of Louis Allen Associates as well as a certified consultant in organization development by the Skopos Consulting of USA and the Middle East

Mr. Hisham has many published articles in the local press in the field of strategic management, business development and marketing & market researches.  His professional affiliations include the Sudanese Engineering Society (MSES); the Sudanese Engineering Council (MSEC); the Kuwaiti Engineering Society (MKES); & the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (MIEEE), U.S.A.

Ms. HibaMahmoud Sadig Farid

►       Higher Diploma in Development Planning, Institute Development Studies, University of Khartoum , Sudan

Ms. Hiba has over 15 years experience in designing and managing major organizational and public sector development projects. She is an expert in community development strategies for both governmental and non governmental organizations, leading high performance teams and senior level negotiations as well as establishing effective cross-organizational partnerships and networking with federal government, state government, local authorities and NGOs.

Ms. Hiba's wide-ranging experience includes strategic management, training of trainers for conflict resolution, human resources development, training coordinators to work on the state’s development schemes, marketing research and management, gender integration in development plans.

Ms. Hiba has served as an expert advisor for the Minister of Welfare and Social Development and the Secretary General of the Graduate Employment Fund where she established the Graduates Employment Fund program; she also headed the marketing center of small families’ products fund, the Micro Credit Department and Sudan House of Handicrafts.  Currently, Ms. Hiba is serving as an expert advisor for the Central Bank of Sudan where she is responsible for developing guide lines for micro credit financing.

Ms. Hiba is also the founder of “Leaders of Change”, a non governmental organization whose main focus is public policy issues & public sector reform.

Ms. Hiba is a skilled public speaker with substantial experience on facilitating and coordinating training and learning development events. She has a considerable number of published papers and articles. Her professional affiliations include National Steering Committee- Micro Finance Unit in Sudan Central Bank, Consultative Council – Sudanese Women General Union, Women Network in the Horn of Africa.
