Mohamed  Adam Mewan

Senior Consultant


Mr. Mewan has been working as a consultant with various organizations since 1983.  He is specialized in inter-organizational relationships, human resource development, and top management development. He is an expert in management training in the capacity of identifying training needs and developing training programs, follow up and evaluation.  Mr. Mewan also serves as a Director General and professor at Sudan Academy of Administrative Sciences (SAAS); his educational background include a PhD in Management from the University of Twente, the Netherland; Master in Public Administration, and B.Sc. in Political Sciences from the University of Khartoum, Sudan.  Mr. Mewan wrote and published numerous research and papers, locally and internationally; he is an active member of Sudanese Management Society (SMS).



Abdel Moneim Arbab

Senior Consultant


Mr. Arbab has over 30 years experience in human resource management, encompassing the full range of HR and OD functions at executive and senior management levels.  He is a highly competent HR specialist; effective in multi-disciplinary teams, having extensive track record in HR strategy and management as well as in strategic HR corporate specialised support, involving all aspects of an organization’s infrastructure and people to achieve an integrated result. Mr. Arbab has designed and implemented a business model that provides broad HR, OD and restructuring consulting services and business information to clients in Sudan. The business model also creates and supports strategic business partners in Africa and the Middle East to be successful in delivering best practice and business solutions, products and on-going support to their clients striving to enhance organizational performance through greater people effectiveness.  Mr.  Arbab holds a  B.A. from the  University of Khartoum 1967, M.Sc. in organizational development University of Birmingham, U.K. 1976 beside specialised professional programs in organization and methods, R.I.P.A., London, U.K. 1971, problem analysis and problem solving techniques, I.M.O.D.I Group, London, U.K. 1978, and training of trainers, I.D.P.M, university of Manchester, U.K., 1980.



Mirghani Abdel Aal Hammour

Mr. Hammour is a renowned, national and international, public administration and international affairs expert.  With over 40 years experience in his field, Mr. Hammour has served in the capacity of a chancellor, a dean of faculty, a professor, a consultant, an executive director, and an expert senior advisor for various offices, including governmental and non governmental organizations, public and private  institutions, and educational institutions.


Mr. Hammour has designed and conducted workshops and seminars for top level executives and employees, public and private business institutions, in management development in the field of communications, civil service, engineering, education, government and non government organizations.  He also published papers, case studies, research and books in the field of public administration.


Mr. Hammour has a PhD and Masters in public administration from the University of Pittsburgh, USA; and a Bachelor degree in economic and history from the University of Khartoum, Sudan.



Maha A/Moneim Mohamed

Consultant


Ms. Maha has over ten years experience in the field of mass communication and small business development and management.  Her expertise includes strategic communication planning, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) consulting, marketing, media, public relations and negotiations.


Ms. Maha has successfully founded and run two small businesses in the field of management consulting and the cleaning service sectors in the USA; she designed communication strategies and executed marketing campaigns; she developed companies’ structure, human resource and internal communication policies.


Ms. Maha has a Bachelor degree in mass communication from Campbell University, USA.
